Description

CMP Products PX and PX REX Series ATEX/IECEx barrier union cable glands for unfilled cables where gas migration through cable cores must be prevented. Ex eb, Ex db, Ex nR, and Ex ta certified. IP68. RapidEx barrier compound technology for fast in-field filling. Handles all armour types, unarmoured, conduit, and lead sheathed cables. Used at Zone 1/Safe area cable penetrations on offshore platforms, gas processing plants, and refineries where cables with gas-permeable cores cross classified area boundaries.
