Description
Neutrik NC5 5-pin XLR connectors for dual-channel balanced audio, DMX-512 lighting control (5-pin standard), and AES/EBU digital audio. Cable and chassis (panel) versions. Zinc die-cast shell, silver contacts. 5-pin XLR is the IEC 60268-12 recommended standard for DMX-512 lighting control, preferred over the 3-pin adaptation for its dedicated data and shield pins. Also widely used for stereo balanced headphone amplifier outputs and dual-channel microphone feeds.
