ODU-MAC Silver-Line — an automatic docking connector system rated for up to 10 million mating cycles, designed for fully automated robot tool-change and AGV docking applications. Automatic locking. Quick change-head mechanism. IP65. Up to 10,000,000 mating cycles. Used on robotic welding lines, automated grinding and polishing cells, and autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) battery and data docking stations where the connector is mated and unmated hundreds of times per shift by automatic machinery without human intervention. The Silver-Line achieves its extreme cycle life through ODU SPRINGTAC contact technology and precision-toleranced alignment.
