HPHT Hermetic Rotary Fit Connector

Description

High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) hermetic connector with rotary-fit (bayonet-style) coupling for rapid mating in confined downhole tool strings. PEEK moulded body eliminates the solder joints that fail under shock and vibration in extreme drilling environments. Flying lead and solder cup / hermetic bulkhead termination options. Rated for downhole oil & gas applications above 150°C and 15,000 psi. No field-repairable solder connections — purpose-built for reliability at depth. AS9100D, ITAR registered.
