EMI Spring Fingers & Shielding Gaskets

Description

Precision EMI spring finger strips and shielding gaskets for board-level and chassis-level electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Beryllium copper spring fingers maintain consistent contact force against PCB ground planes, card guides, and enclosure walls across thermal cycling from -65°C to +200°C. Provide > 80 dB shielding effectiveness at 1 GHz. Used in military TEMPEST enclosures, avionics LRU chassis, and missile guidance electronics where conducted and radiated EMI must be contained per MIL-STD-461.
