Description

Hypertac hyperboloid contact connector — the gold standard for high-reliability signal and power connections requiring extreme mating cycle life. The hyperboloid contact geometry provides 12 tangential contact points per pin, delivering consistent low contact resistance (< 5 mΩ) through 10,000+ mating cycles. Available in D-sub, circular MIL-DTL-38999, and custom housings. Used in ejector seat actuators, satellite solar array mechanisms, medical imaging gantries, and electronic warfare systems where connector failure is not an option.
