IDI High-Reliability Test & Burn-In Socket

Description

IDI (Interconnect Devices Inc.) precision test and burn-in socket for ICs, BGAs, QFPs, and custom packages. Hyperboloid spring contacts provide < 10 mΩ contact resistance per pin through 10,000 insertions at temperatures from -55°C to +175°C — enabling HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life) qualification testing for military and space-grade semiconductors. Custom-engineered to match any IC package. Smiths Interconnect IDI brand is the defence industry standard for IC qualification sockets.
