Description

High-current stamped-and-formed power contact rated 100 A continuous at 1000 V, designed for integration into custom power connector housings. Hyperboloid multi-point contact geometry delivers < 0.2 mΩ contact resistance at 100 A. Gold or silver plating options for corrosion resistance. Used in aerospace battery disconnect systems, high-voltage relay contacts, and hybrid vehicle power distribution headers.
