MCON High-Voltage EV Connector

Description

MCON 1.2 and MCON 2.8 high-voltage connector system for battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Rated 1000 V DC / 63 A per contact with HV interlock (HVIL) signalling. Contact geometry provides stable resistance under high-vibration conditions in battery pack and e-drive wiring. Used for battery management system (BMS) wiring, HV junction box connections, and inverter-to-motor cables across platforms from Volkswagen Group to BMW. Compliant with LV 216 (high voltage automotive).
