YFLEX High-Current FPC Connector

Description

Yamaichi YFLEX series high-current FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) connector with ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) actuator. Rated up to 3A per contact at 0.5 mm pitch — providing high current density in thin FPC-connected battery management systems (BMS), EV battery cell monitoring boards, and wearable medical device sensor strips. The LCP housing withstands automotive reflow soldering (260°C peak) and maintains contact force across -40°C to +105°C thermal cycling.
